General Rules:
    Watch your speed - 10 MPH
    DOGS on leash only; do not leave unattended, & clean up afterward.
    NO clotheslines allowed at spaces. Clotheslines at laundry.
    TRASH must be deposited in trash bins in plastic tied bags.
    All rates based on 1 or 2 persons.
    Any damage done to utilities hook-ups is site tenants reponsibility.
    SWIMMING: No lifeguard on duty. Minor guests must be supervised by an adult.
    EMERGENCY MESSAGES: Delivered ASAP, others daily.

Reservation Policy:
Reservations require a $100.00 Deposit, which will be applied to the first month's rent.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 3 months before expected arrival date, or 1 month before with acceptable causes, or at any time for medical or personal tragedy reasons, full refund, otherwise, $50.00 refund.
