General Rules:

    Watch your speed - 10 MPH
    DOGS on leash only; do not leave unattended, & clean up afterward.
    NO clotheslines allowed at spaces. Clotheslines at laundry.
    TRASH must be deposited in trash bins in plastic tied bags.
    All rates based on 1 or 2 persons.
    Any damage done to utilities hook-ups is site tenants reponsibility.
    SWIMMING: No lifeguard on duty. Minor guests must be supervised by an adult.
    EMERGENCY MESSAGES: Delivered ASAP, others daily.

Reservation Policy:
Reservations require a $100.00 Deposit, which will be applied to the first month's rent. NOTE: Spaces reserved for 3 months or less are subject to relocation if longer term(4 moths or more) reservation received. In such event, you will be assigned a space as close as possible to the original reserved space.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for proven medical reasons, Reservations cancelled 20 days or more before scheduled entry will be refunded $50.00
